Dexcom has received FDA clearance for its G7 15-Day Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system, now the longest-lasting1 and most accurate wearable non-implantable CGM available in the U.S. for adults with diabetes. The new sensor extends wear time from 10 to 15.5 days, with an improved overall MARD of 8.0%, offering longer wear with fewer replacements and less waste.
The G7 15-Day system retains key features like waterproof design, Apple Watch connectivity, remote data sharing, and Dexcom Clarity integration, while introducing enhanced logging tools and a 12-hour sensor grace period. It’s expected to launch in the U.S. during the second half of 2025. Dexcom is working to ensure compatibility with insulin pumps at launch.
